An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pk22 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances, as set out in the current fee schedule. Users will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee becoming applicable. The dormancy fee will not cause a negative balance.

pk22's total aggregate liability to any user for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of: any breach of these Terms; evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following request; violation of any applicable law; or any other circumstance that pk22 determines, at its sole discretion, warrants account closure.
In cases of termination due to fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any other prohibited conduct, pk22 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds.
You may request voluntary closure of your pk22 account at any time by contacting live support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals and outstanding Real Money Balances will be processed to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds with incomplete wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
pk22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via email or in-account notification with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended terms take effect. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents pk22 from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a competent court to prevent irreparable harm.
